Delivery
We have a processing time of 1-2 business days to pack and ship your order. After that, the shipping time is 7-14 business days .
We also offer delivery via Instabox , with a delivery time of 5-12 business days .
In some cases, this is possible if you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. In the majority of cases, it's not possible because your goods are already packed and on their way to you.
As soon as your package has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a delivery confirmation email. This email will contain a tracking number that you can use to track your package. Please note that it may take some time for the tracking information to appear.
An order confirmation is automatically sent to the provided email address with every order. If you still can't find the email, we recommend checking your spam folder. Otherwise, please contact us.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
You have a 2-week right of return after you have received your order.
Due to the misuse of free returns and because we care about the environment, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
After we receive your returned package, your refund will be processed within 1-9 business days. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the refund process, please feel free to contact our customer service department for assistance. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
You will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 1-3 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

With Pay Later, Rovior members have more time to pay. You can shop now, try at home, and only pay for the items you keep up to 30 days later. No interest, no fees, no impact on your credit score.
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from Klarna with information on how and where to pay.
We accept cards with American Express, MasterCard, Maestro and Visa.
We prioritize your payment security. This means you may need to verify your card payment with 3D Secure before the purchase is completed. Your bank can tell you more about 3D Secure and how to verify yourself.
