Return / Refund

We have a 14-day return guarantee, which means you have 14 days to request a return
after you receive your item. Raffinato does not accept returns after 14 days after
delivery date. Remember we DO NOT OFFER FREE RETURNS OR
RETURN LABELS. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for the return shipping if the customer regrets it
his purchase.

Return policy
14 day right of return
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return for any non-defective item
goods. Please note that returns will not be accepted after this period.
Responsibility for return shipping
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or if we have
packed the item incorrectly. We do not offer free returns or return labels.
Conditions for returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, free of stains,
animal hair and distinct odors, with all product labels intact.
Exceptions for returns
Some goods cannot be returned for health and safety reasons, for example fresh produce,
custom made products, personal care products, hazardous materials and
flammable liquids or gases.
Unclaimed goods
In the case of unclaimed goods, a fee of SEK 79 is charged to cover administrative costs
costs from the forwarders.
Refund Policy
Processing refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will process yours

refund within 14 days. If it is a service, the refund will begin
within 14 days from the day you informed us of your decision to cancel the service.

Damages and errors
Reporting of defective goods
Inspect your order upon delivery and notify us immediately by email at
info@raffinato.se if the product is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong product. Reports
if defects must be made within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.
Refund exceptions
Refund without returning the product
Refund requests without returning the product will not be processed.
In exceptional cases, we can offer a partial refund of 50% along with one
store credit, so you can keep the item.
Delivered item not received
If the tracking number indicates successful delivery but you have not received the item due to
incorrect address information, we can offer a replacement after receiving a safe
delivery address, subject to a handling/shipping fee of SEK 70.
Cancellations
Order cancellation policy
Cancellations and changes in order information are STRICTLY accepted within 24
hours after the order has been placed (if the order has not yet been fulfilled). Please contact
us via e-mail at info@raffinato.se and enter your order number.
Raffinato assumes no responsibility for delays or errors due to circumstances
beyond the Company's control, including but not limited to labor disputes, fires,
war, government decisions, reduced or non-existent delivery from suppliers and others
unpredictable factors. In addition, the company shall not be held responsible for any
changes to products or product features made by the respective supplier or
other factors beyond our control.

Raffinato further disclaims all liability for direct or indirect damages or
losses that may occur to the customer as a result of the purchase or use of our products or
services. It is the customer's responsibility to use the products in accordance with those specified
guidelines and to exercise caution when handling them.
Although we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information on our
website, we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability
or the availability of the information, products or services provided.
